McKissack, in association with another firm, was selected by the City University of New York (CUNY) to provide construction management services for Phase 1A Renovation of the Baruch College Field Building. All work took place in an occupied facility.   McKissack’s services included responsibility for the construction field office, all bid documents, bid addendum, bid bonds, submittals, RFIs, mock-ups, close-out process, scheduling and witnessing all controlled inspections, contractor’s payment requisitions, site safety control, field work, maintaining all construction contracts, processing MBE/WBE reports, conducting meetings and maintaining meeting minutes, and maintaining all construction drawings, and site permits.
