Frankford Transportation Center:
McKissack, in association with another firm, provided construction management services for the Frankford Transportation Center in North Philadelphia. The project consisted of the replacement and modification of the existing transportation center built in 1922. The project scope included the reconfiguration of the Frankford Bus Depot and the demolition and construction of a new guide way structure from Dyre Street to the Bridge Street yard. The project included the construction of parking garages, pedestrian bridges and a new terminal designed to accommodate 50,000 passengers daily.
