As part of our Capital Project Delivery services, McKissack leads and directs all reporting, accountability, and risk management operations; serves as the executive liaison between the PANYNJ and the CPD in order to effectively advance the design and construction through the PANYNJ protocols and processes. The Project Controls Unit manages scope, schedule, risk, and the budget for the project. We collaborate with existing internal and external agency departments and outside stakeholders to provide project updates, coordinates with regulatory and permitting agencies, and manages communication between the project team and PANYNJ and external groups, and coordinates on behalf of the Project with federal, state, local and PANYNJ technical participants to manage any required third-party review and approval process. McKissack coordinates all design elements for the development of commercial spaces. We coordinate the development all Customer Experience Elements including Art and Branding that are fundamental to the world-class vision for The New Terminal One.
