From our CM On Call with DASNY, McKissack was selected to perform construction management services for the Lehman College Leonard Lief Library Ventilation System and First Floor & Concourse Renovation project. McKissack’s services during the Design Phase included providing an independent cost estimate at 100% CD; providing constructability reviews; and leading cost reconciliation meetings at 100% CD.
The scope of work includes the design and construction of modifications needed to reduce energy consumption and to improve indoor air quality for the students, staff and visitors to the Library, which is heavily used and an essential part of the Lehman College campus.
