McKissack, in association with another firm, provided construction management support services for the reconstruction of the Manhattan Civil Court’s infrastructure and exterior. All work was completed on a fast-track schedule while both the building and court operations continued without interruption. McKissack was heavily involved with the preconstruction activities and provided MEP inspection and quality control and cost control services during the construction phase.
